What is Your Piranha Sport Member Account?

The Piranha Sport Member Account area is where you can manage your personal details, see a snap shot of your 10 most recent on line orders and access your complete on line order history. It is a secure and encrypted area of the website where you are required to login with your email address and password.

How do I check the status of my order?
Once you have logged in:
  1. Click on the "View Order" link for the order you wish to check.
  2. The complete order information will be displayed. This information includes a summary of all items ordered and a complete breakdown of each parcel dispatched, the items it contained and the time and date that it was dispatched. If you have cancelled or returned an item, this information is also displayed.

Where is my Piranha Sport online credit and how do I use it?
Piranha Sport on line Credit:

To find out if you have any Piranha Sport on line credit you will need to login to your member account. Once you have logged in, any on line credit will be clearly displayed.

Using your Credit:

Piranha Sport on line credit is automatically deducted from the total dollar value of your next online order.

How do I update my default delivery address?
Once you have logged in:
  1. Click on the "Change Delivery Details" link.
  2. Make the required changes to your default delivery address.
  3. Click the "Change Delivery Address" button to submit your changes.
IMPORTANT:

This will not change the delivery address for outstanding orders that have not yet been dispatched. If you need to change the delivery address of an order that has not yet been dispatched, please make this request this via our online contact form.

How do I update my email address?
Once you have logged in:
  1. Click on the "Change Email Address" link.
  2. Enter your new email address.
  3. Click the "Change Email" button to submit your changes.

How do I change my Piranha Sport login password?
Once you have logged in:
  1. Click on the "Edit Password" link.
  2. Enter your existing password and then your new password twice.
  3. Click the "Change Password" button to submit your changes. Your new password will become active immediately.
