What forms of payment do you accept?
Online Payment via Credit Card:
Piranha Sport accepts online payments from the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, BANKCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DINERS CLUB.
Offline Payment via Call Me Please:
If you wish to pay using your credit card but would prefer not to pay online, then "Call Me Please" is the perfect option for you. Simply complete the "please Call Me " portion of the checkout screen, making sure that you leave your contact telephone number and preferred call back time. A Piranha Sport customer service representative will then call to request your credit card details and complete your order over the phone.
IMPORTANT:
Piranha Sport credit card purchases will be displayed as Piranha Australia Trust on your credit card statement.
Offline Payment via Fax:
If you wish to pay using your credit card but would prefer not to transact online, we offer you the option to Fax us your credit card details. Simply choose the "Fax my Credit Card details" method of payment when checking out.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes, it is extremely safe. Piranha Sport takes the security of our customers' personal details very seriously. We use proven technology and physical security measures to ensure the highest level of data protection.
When transacting via our secure server, your credit card and personal details are encrypted using the latest industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) 128 Bit encryption technology before being sent over the internet. Your credit card number is removed from our on-line server within one minute of it arriving and is stored on a separate secure server which is not accessible via the internet at all.
In a nutshell, this sophisticated encryption process ensures that prying eyes are unable to decode your personal data when it travels from your computer to ours, and from our computer to the bank's.
If you are still unsure about sending your credit card to us via the Internet, then we suggest you use one of our other forms of payment.
When do you charge my credit card?
All online credit card orders are charged upfront, at the time the order was made. We do this to validate the order and to ensure that all stock is pre-purchased. Paying upfront also substantially reduces order processing time, and ensures that as a customer, all you need to do is sit back and wait for your delivery to arrive.
