How much do you charge for delivery?
$29.95 Flat Fee:

Piranha Sport charges a flat delivery fee of $29.95 plus GST for each individual parcel. The shopping trolley summary screen will automatically sort your chosen items into individual parcels according to their stock status. The associated delivery charge will be clearly displayed next to each parcel.

NOTE: In-stock items will be shipped immediately. Pre-order and back-order items are shipped individually as stock becomes available.

Peace of Mind:

All items are shipped via the Australia Post. You can be assured that your parcel is in good hands when ordering from Piranha Sport!

How long does delivery usually take?

For your information we have listed our average delivery times below:

Deliveries to Queensland take on average: 4 business days to arrive.
Deliveries to New South Wales take on average: 3 business days to arrive.
Deliveries to Victoria take on average: 2 business days to arrive.
Deliveries to ACT take on average: 4 business days to arrive.
Deliveries to South Australia take on average: 3 business days to arrive.
Deliveries to Tasmania take on average: 3 business days to arrive.
Deliveries to Western Australia take on average: 7 business days to arrive.
Deliveries to Northern Territory take on average: 7 business days to arrive.

* Figures are based on delivery times to major capital cities and their greater residential areas. Deliveries outside of these areas can take longer.

Do you accept international orders?

Piranha Sport does NOT accept international orders and Piranha Sport does NOT ship outside of Australia.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Yes, Piranha Sport delivers to PO Boxes. A card will be left in your PO Box advising you to collect your parcel from the customer service counter.

What happens if I am not home to receive my delivery?

If you are not home to receive your delivery, a card will be placed in you mail box advising you to collect your parcel from your local post office.

What is your policy for returning items?

Please chose your items carefully as we do not accept product exchanges.

Defective Items:

Defective items must be returned to Piranha Sport on line within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered.

How to Return Your Item:
  1. Contact Piranha Sport on line:

    Call the Piranha Sport on line Customer Service Team on 1300 309 818. A customer service representative will evaluate your return request, record all the necessary product return information and issue you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number. You will then be given a delivery address of where to send your return.

  2. Return Your Item:

    Carefully package your return and post it to the return address provided. Please ensure that your RA number is clearly displayed on the return packaging. A replacement item will be shipped as soon as the return has been received.
