In providing products for sale via this website, Piranha Sport acts as an agent for various companies who supply those products and related activities. Piranha Sport does not accept or undertake any liability when acting in this capacity.
Prices
While all attempts are made to maintain published prices, prices are subject to change without notice at the sole discretion of Piranha Sport. Prices listed include GST unless otherwise specified.
Confirmation of Order
HDU will confirm your order via e-mail once payment has been authorised. Orders that are not confirmed in this way are not valid unless otherwise notified by Piranha Sport.
Payment Terms
As gift vouchers have a cash value, you must enter Gift Voucher code when processing payment.
Cancellation / Amendment To An Order
All cancellations/amendments must be advised to us by you via telephone within one hour of placement of order. Orders that are not cancelled in this way will be processed as valid orders and no refund of any price paid will be available.
Indemnity
Products purchased via Piranha Sport may relate to activities that involve risk to participants. Participants should carefully assess those risks before undertaking the activity, and do so at their own risk. No responsibility or liability is accepted or undertaken by Piranha Sport , its employees, agents or contractors for any damage to property or any other matter arising.
Activity-Specific Terms & Conditions
In addition to the terms and conditions set out above, any product purchased is subject to such further Terms and Conditions as may apply in respect of the particular product purchased as disclosed elsewhere on this website in relation to that product. The purchase of a product shall be deemed to be an acknowledgement and acceptance of those further terms and conditions.
In instances where Piranha Sport books an activity on behalf of the customer, the customer is also bound by such further Terms and Conditions as may apply to the activity as advised at the time of the booking or as may be displayed at the time the activity is carried out.
